I'm a controller with a real business mindset. Based on facts and figures I'm always looking for new opportunities. Where most of the controllers like to turn the costs button I use my creativity to grow the business or to do things smarter. And of course, the costs base has to be good as well. But cutting 2% expenses a year doesn't make you a new business leader. To be a leader you have to do something different than your competitors. I love to take a look outside and see what is really happening and to combine that with your business model and data to set new initiatives.
